When looking to make an NZD withdrawal, you'll have to navigate to the NZD withdrawal screen. Withdrawals can be made by selecting the "Withdraw NZD" option on the left hand menu and then clicking the '+' button.
From here you will be able to add in your bank account details. To do so, please input the address as per the below:
Label/Note/Name: can be anything for your own personal reference (to distinguish between multiple addresses);
Account Holder Name: Must be written exactly as it appears on the account; and
Account Number: You must enter the details of your account, as shown in the format below.
Finally, select "Add", in the bottom right hand corner.
Once added, an 'Action Verification' pop up will appear on the withdrawal page on the platform, as shown below.
You will receive an SMS with a 6 digit code as shown below.
Please enter the 6 digit code received via SMS into the 'Enter Verification Pin' on the 'Action Verification' pop up.
Double-check it is correct and then click 'Verify' to continue as shown below; and
You will also be sent a link to your email address that you will need to click to verify this address.
You can now click Verify, the pop up will close and you will be back to the Withdraw NZD Tab on Swyftx.
From here press the little blue hand icon to enter a withdrawal amount.
After clicking this icon, you will see the withdrawal confirmation page.
You can select either the USD or the NZD value of your withdrawal - the other field will automatically calculate for you! You can select 'Withdraw All' and it will automatically select 100% of your cash/fiat value to withdraw.
You must select a Reason for Withdrawal, this is a mandatory field. Please select whichever reason most closely matches your circumstance.
Once all required fields have been filled, the 'Withdraw' button will turn blue and you can complete the withdrawal once you are satisfied.
If you are trading in USD, you will need to convert it to NZD first. This can be done by selling your USD through the trade tab. More information on how to do that can be found in our How to Place an Instant Buy/Sell Order article.
For your convenience you now have the choice to trade NZD pairings. USD is still offered as a trading pair as it attracts tighter spreads on trades.

Not receiving verification SMS?
If your verification SMS never arrived. Please check that the mobile number assigned to your account in the Profile section is your correct number and restart your mobile device. If the SMS does not arrive after restarting, please remove the added withdrawal address and repeat the process.
'Action Verification' pop up not appearing?
Please ensure you are not using any Adblockers on your device. If the issue persists, please try adding the withdrawal address again on another browser or device.
Withdrawals not working?
If you have received a message that states: 'withdrawals are currently disabled for your account'. Please get in touch with our friendly support team, it's likely that you will just need to complete one of our KYC verifications. Instructions on how to complete this verification can be found here.
