Please contact customer support via our live chat if you are receiving this message:
"Withdrawals are currently disabled, to re-enable withdrawal of funds please contact support."
If the above does not apply continue reading on to learn how to withdraw AUD.
Withdrawals can be made by navigating to the Withdraw AUD menu and then clicking the '+' button.
From here you will be able to add in your bank account details.
Label/Note/Name: can be anything for your own personal reference (to distinguish between multiple addresses)
Account Holder Name: Must be written exactly as it appears on the account
Once added, an 'Action Verification' pop up will appear on the withdrawal page on the platform.
You will receive an SMS with a 6 digit code as shown below.
Please enter the 6 digit code received via SMS into the 'Enter Verification Pin' on the 'Action Verification' pop up.
You will also be sent a link to your email address that you will need to click to verify this address.
Double-check it is correct and then click 'Verify' to continue.
You can now click Verify, the pop up will close and you will be back to the Withdraw AUD Tab on Swyftx.
From there press the little blue hand icon to enter a withdrawal amount.
After clicking this icon, you will see the withdrawal confirmation page.
You can select either the USD or the AUD value of your withdrawal - the other field will automatically calculate for you! You can select 'Withdraw All' and it will automatically select 100% of your cash/fiat value to withdraw.
You must select a Reason for Withdrawal, this is a mandatory field. Please select whichever reason most closely matches your circumstance.
Once all required fields have been filled, the 'Withdraw' button will turn blue and you can complete the withdrawal once you are satisfied.
If you are trading in USD, you will need to convert it to AUD first. This can be done by selling your USD through the trade tab. More information on how to do that can be found here. https://help.swyftx.com.au/en/articles/2098915-how-to-place-an-instant-buy-sell-order
For your convenience you now have the choice to trade AUD pairings. USD is still offered as a trading pair as it attracts tighter spreads on trades.
